Privacy Policy — Small Sad Yard Sale Tools

Small Sad Yard Sale ("we," "us") operates a private app that connects to eBay to help manage our own shop: listings, inventory, orders, and pricing. This policy explains what data the app accesses through eBay's OAuth and how it's handled.
What we access
When you authorize the app with your eBay account, it may access:
Your eBay user ID and basic account info
Listings, inventory, and pricing data
Order and transaction details, including buyer names and shipping addresses needed to fulfill orders
We only request the permissions (scopes) the app needs to work.
How we use it
Data is used only to create and manage listings, track inventory, process and ship orders, and keep sales records. We don't use it for advertising or marketing.
Sharing
We don't sell, rent, or trade your data. It's shared only with services needed to run the app, such as hosting and image storage, or when required by law.
Storage and security
Access tokens and data are stored securely and aren't publicly accessible. We take reasonable steps to protect them, but no system is perfectly secure.
Retention and deletion
We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above, or as required for tax and business records. We honor eBay Marketplace Account Deletion notifications and delete the related user data when we receive one.
Revoking access
You can revoke the app's access at any time in your eBay account settings under connected apps. Once revoked, the app can no longer access your eBay data.
Children
The app isn't intended for anyone under 18.
Changes
We may update this policy. Changes will be posted on this page with a new date.
